**Protein Structure Explorer** is an open‐source toolkit for:

- Interactive 3D visualization of macromolecular structures.
- Structural analysis (scatter plots, dihedral angles).
- In‐browser mutation modelling with RMSD & COM shift metrics.
- Comparing two structures via Cα RMSD.

It is built with:

- **Flask** for the web interface
- **Biopython** for structure parsing & superposition
- **NGLViewer** for in‐browser 3D rendering
- **Matplotlib** & **Plotly** for plotting
- **Sphinx** for documentation
