Protein Structure Explorer is an open‐source toolkit for:

• Interactive 3D visualization of macromolecular structures.

• Structural analysis (scatter plots, dihedral angles).

• In‐browser mutation modelling with RMSD & COM shift metrics.

• Comparing two structures via Cα RMSD.

It is built with:

• Flask for the web interface

• Biopython for structure parsing & superposition

• NGLViewer for in‐browser 3D rendering

• Matplotlib & Plotly for plotting

• Sphinx for documentation
